Carmel Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
Here's a sweet one sent to us by Melanie Hoffman. Melanie recommends fresh fruit and of course a glass of wine.

Caramel Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
Ingredients
1 large (foil wrapped) cream cheese
1 Large Caramel mixture (can find in produce section with apples)
2 Skor candy bars
Preparation
Take serving dish and spread cream cheese, covering the bottom of the dish. (You can use as much as you like). On top of cream cheese, spread the caramel mixture. Break Skor candy bars into crumbles and cover the entire mixture. Put in refrigerator to set up and serve with fruit........ easy and great tasting.
