I've been getting creative with champagne cocktails lately and here's the one I created for Halloween this year. It also is an example of my slightly off-center sense of humor - more the better:
The Houdini
1/2 oz Ginger Syrup
1/2 oz Amaretto
1/2 oz Frangelico
4 oz Rose Champagne/Sparkling Wine
For the finishing touch, hang a little foam man upside down in the glass.
