About me:
Food lover, wine indulger, Belgian and micro-craft beer drinker, great bourbon taster, movie-goer, closet writer, world traveler, second language speaker (Spanish), entrepreneur, event planner/consultant, catering manager, social organizer.
Company Name:
Bon Vivant Savant, LLC
Company Type:
Social Networking and Dining Club
Company Description:
James Beard has said, “Food is our common ground, a universal experience.”

Bon Vivant Savant strives to be the premier events company in the region, often with food at its focus, providing three levels of service rarely seen. Why the focus on food? It’s simple. Remember the last time you went to a party at someone’s house. Where was everyone? The kitchen or around the food. The ‘bite’ that binds you might say.
Most events are open to the public and once we grow our members group to 100 memberships (we're halfway there) we'll start adding in members only get-togethers as well..

¨ We are committed to promoting and utilizing the best of our region through original events as well as sharing hidden gems that may have passed under the radar.

¨ We provide a members’ only social networking group, bringing people together with similar interests and providing an inviting and comfortable environment in which to converse and meet with friends both old and new.

¨ In addition to our exclusive monthly events calendar, you also have the opportunity to work with the Event Savant who will assist with your in-home and small gathering event needs – think private wine dinners with host, bar parties, mixology classes and more.

Stephen Dennison, a fantastic and edgy mixologist and chef here in Louisville was in attendance and we had a great time working through our tasting and taking notes. We hope to actually create a dinner around some of our findings and expand the tasting when we hold our public "taste tripping" party on… Continue
