I thought you enjoy seeing my real photo on myepic site. The Gentleman next to me is the Culinary Chef of the Costa Mesa Hilton CHAD his food is superb, CHAD has an amazing background as a chef. Ivan Joulain - amazing man he has over 30 year in the Hotel Business in the food and Beverage he is well know and has an excellent reputation and following from both Hilton and Marriott Executive and Beverage, Hospitality and Food.

Just Share!!! Chad will be preparing a dinner at my friend Bob Campion home for 8, Bob donated $1700 to Strike Gold For Kids Event in August 2009. Pretty Cool! HUH!!!
